The people is really friendly and let´s get away from each mind the idea about danger in Africa. The continent where I have learn most about.
It is true that I highly recommend before thousand of books to read (Lonely Planet is my favourite) and movies to watch (Hotel Rwanda) before taking off.
“Adaption, common sense and don´t draw attention in the destination country”, these are my suggestions wherever you travel and in every journey.
Millions of smiles with just eyes contact with the local people(sometime you don´t need words), thousand of tears when you remind the genocide.
The most important thing every time I travel, eager to learn something new and rich, since I wake up until you go to bed.
Lots of people asked me abut scary… never! these feeling when you see for the first time the Silver Back with his family gave me goosebumps. As said common sense and pay attention whit the explications.

La gente es super amable, por lo que me gustaría quitar la idea que muchos tienen sobre el respeto al gran continente, puede ser por miedo o desconocimiento. Es el continente del cual más he aprendido y emocionado.
También es verdad que siempre os recomiendo leer y informarse mucho (Lonely Planet es mi guía favorita), ver peliculas (Hotel Rwanda recomendable 100%) antes siempre de iniciar un viaje.
“Adaptarte al país de destino, tener sentido común y sobre todo no llamar la atención “, estas son mis sugerencias allá donde vayas.
Te cruzas con millones de sonrisas con sólo ese contacto de miradas (se dice que una mirada dice más que mil palabras, y la verdad creo que es más que cierto), miles de lágrimas el recordar y que te cuenten en primera pesona el genocidio.
La cosa más importante para mí cada vez que viajo, son las ganas de aprender algo nuevo, desde que te levantas hasta que te acuestas.
Que puedo decir acerca de cuando llega ese gran momento tan esperado, 5.30 am, Kms en coche y de trekking para quedarte paralizada delante de la gran maravilla. Por fín llegamos y ahí estaba la familia de gorilas, el primero miembro que vi fue el lomo plateado (nunca se me olvidará)…GUAU!
Mucha gente me pregunta si sentí miedo, en absoluto, ni por un momento, más segura imposible. Creo que lo disfruté tanto como una enana que sólo intenté aprovecharlo al máximo. Como dije, sentido común y haz caso a lo que te explican.
